Flash flood, reported by County official.


            Vehicle stuck in 1 ft of water near Cannon Ford Road off
            Highway 11. Fire Department called out.
            Fire Department on Tuesday says water had reached above
            the front bumper of the vehicle and this was a Low Point
            in the Road without a named creek to associate flooding.
            No known residences in the area were affected.
