Will I need my shovel this week?
Perhaps, and maybe your ice scraper and some salt pellets too. We’ve got two big weather stories this week: a possible freezing rain event tonight, then an arctic blast of bitterness for the second half of the work week. A low pressure system is heading our way tonight from the southwest, which will bring precip starting this evening and continuing through tomorrow afternoon. Warm temperatures above freezing will begin to drop as the storm passes, but we may see a period of freezing rain tonight before it changes entirely to snow by early tomorrow morning. So that’s no fun.

Then for the second half of the week, a very cold air mass will bring plenty of unpleasantry to Wisconsin. Highs on Thursday may not even break double digits!
